Common Issues & Solutions

!Data Not Loading

Solution: Refresh your browser. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache and cookies. Our data providers may occasionally experience brief outages.

If issues continue for more than 10 minutes, contact support.

!Historical Data Missing

Solution: Historical comparisons require data accumulation over time. 1-hour data becomes available after 1 hour of operation, 7-day data after 7 days, etc.

This is expected behavior, not a bug.

!Page Display Issues

Solution: Ensure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).

Disable browser extensions temporarily to rule out conflicts.

!News Links Not Opening

Solution: Check your browser's popup blocker settings. News articles open in new tabs, which some browsers block by default.
